1. Eligibility for Returns

You can return your item(s) within 60 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it.

  • In its original packaging.

  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.


2. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please email us at info@sunaracraft.com. Please do not send your purchase back directly to the artisan or manufacturer.

We will provide a return shipping address and clear instructions on how to return the item. Items returned to us without prior approval may not be accepted.


3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email about the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.


4. Exchanges

We only offer exchanges for items that are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need to exchange a defective or damaged item for the same product, please email us at info@sunaracraft.com for further instructions.


5. Damaged, Incorrect, or Defective Items

If your product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately. We will provide return shipping at our expense and either:

  • Ship you a replacement at no additional cost, or

  • Issue a full refund, including shipping costs.


6. Lifetime Sandal Repair Guarantee

At Sunara Crafts, we stand by the quality of our sandals. In the unlikely event that your sandals require repairs, we will repair them for free for the lifetime of the product. Simply contact us at info@sunaracraft.com, and we will guide you through the repair process.


7. Shipping Costs
  • Free Shipping: We offer free shipping on orders over $150. For orders under $150, shipping costs will be calculated at checkout and are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Returns Shipping: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs when returning an item, unless the return is due to an error on our part. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
