All products listed on our website are handcrafted by artisans, which means that slight variations in size, color, or design are normal and expected. These variations are a hallmark of authentic handmade work and are not considered defects.

We make every effort to display product colors and images as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your device’s display will perfectly reflect the actual product.

We reserve the right to modify product descriptions, pricing, and availability at any time without prior notice. Sunara Crafts also reserves the right to discontinue any product at our sole discretion.

4. Order Acceptance and Cancellation

Submitting an order through our site does not constitute a binding contract. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order for any reason, including (but not limited to) product availability, errors in pricing or product information, or suspected fraud or unauthorized transactions.

If an order is canceled after your payment has been processed, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Orders will be shipped to the address provided during checkout. Estimated delivery times are for reference only and may vary. We are not responsible for shipping delays, damages, or losses once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier.

Title and risk of loss for the products transfer to you upon our delivery to the carrier, in accordance with the Uniform Commercial Code (UCC) as adopted by the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.

6. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

All Sunara sandals come with a lifetime repair guarantee. If your sandals require repair due to wear or craftsmanship issues, we will repair them free of charge for the life of the product. Shipping charges may apply.

To the fullest extent permitted by Massachusetts law, Sunara Crafts and its affiliates, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any:
